Breakfast

8.30 – Chocolate mint crunch CWP bar

Can never go wrong with chocolate for breakfast! This bar tastes just like mint matchmakers 🍫👌🏻

Lunch

1.30pm – Tomato and basil CWP soup

Favourite soup for lunch today, yum yum 🍅⭐️

Dinner 

6.00pm – CWP spaghetti bolognese

I really felt like I wanted some real food tonight as opposed to the ususal liquid shakes/soups, and this was perfect! I added some garlic and oregano to the powder and then just pour in hot water and stir! The pack recommends to microwave for a minute or two, but I just covered and left the bowl for 5 minutes and it was perfect! ❤
